This may not be a kernel problem. Never heard of someone trying all those and still getting bootloops. I think it may be something else.
I see you're on UD9 are you using sprecovery or clockwork?
Have you tried wiping data and cache then reflashing the ROM?

well i used CW to put the rom on. I did do a format data and cache and i think system too when i put 9.0 on.
i was thinking aobut going to 9.8 and thought my issues were with the kernal so i was trying to fix them before i put a new ROM on.

Issue could be a bad download of the ROM. Try a different one and see if it persists.
