    well, idk what i did but the phone FINALLY booted correctly all the way! thanks for all the help! something you guys suggested probably did it!

    Congrats, good news!
    If it just started working I'm even more inclined to think "battery" can you tell us how full charged is it now? It's a good idea to always have a full battery when swapping roms around.

    If you apply a rom or theme - backup first!
    If you don't know how to backup...Stop until you do.
    hint: I name my backups like this: sg6.0_20100428 or ss4.2_20100626 to easily find them later. rom and date.

    And if it was plugged in and now booted up that is what happened. It has charged enough to get out of the boot cycle. Fuller charge next time
