No idea what Status 7 in Clockwork is. Maybe you should ask Koush? He's the developer.

I'm wondering if the file hasn't somehow gotten scrambled, since two of us suddenly have the error. Anyone have a copy?

That's FRG01B but you can then update to 83D.

I still have the original master copy of frg83d. If there is no longer a copy available I can upload mine somewhere.

I love to give that a try if you could send it me or give me a download link. Thanks.

I have it in my collection as well:

The full-on unnamed official FRG22D master update file.

I meant I have FRG22D... not 83. I don't believe anyone has gotten ahold of a master FRG83D. But once you are back to 100% stock with the master FRG22D file, then immediately apply the small update to FRG83D and you are stock and up to date.

I just downloaded the update.zip from the dropbox link on the first post of this thread, and did a CRC check against my master file, just like I did in post #9 and they still match, so I think the update.zip file is still good, not corrupted.

I've tried the original link in the opening post, as well as the links on this page. Everything is getting and Error: Installation aborted message.

I'm actually totally stock except for being unable to get rid of the SU icon in my app drawer, and for some reason, I don't have the stock boot animation. I had changed animations, but then changed back to the stock one, but when I wiped data, it reverted back to an old custom animation. Also, my Droid is currently deactivated as I just bought an Incredible. Just want to get rid of the SU icon and get the stock boot animation, so that I can sell it totally clean.

Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance!

Try DroidMod Updater 1.2 and see if you can get it to uninstall. Otherwise you'll have to reroot to get it gone if this method won't work and you just don't want to use RSD Lite.
