    Re: Help Installing 4.2 keyboard.

Here's what I was talking about in post #2, these apps are in fact system apps. Which my case as you can see from the screen shot below I have two clocks version 2.0.3. The reason for this as I mentioned before I had 'frozen' the JB 4.1.1 version. When I installed the JB 4.2 version it took the identity of the missing system app, which the 4.2 version is the top listed in the screenshot and 4.1.1 is the lower, which both have a slightly different I icon. *As a precaution to keep the original it would be a good idea to freeze the original before flashing the 4.2 versions, just to be safe. If after flashing the 4.2 and if it has a different system name, then it should be safe to unfreeze the 4.1.1 version.

    Why not simply use SwiftKey?

I bought swiftkey but I still prefer the stock android keyboard. It looks cleaner and nicer and to me the layout is much simpler.

    Android keyboard:

    Swiftkey:

Another thing I don't like about swiftkey is that it combines multiple languages. I use a Spanish keyboard as well and most times swiftkey thought I was trying to write something in Spanish when I wasn't and vice versa.
