Yeah I'm actually not going to attempt anything just yet, after reading up on it. I still haven't even rooted yet, although I was considering it. I'm gonna hold off a little bit longer.

Made some excellent progress today, Thunderbolt is a go, it works 100% now. Still working on incredible 2 but I need testers for anything with an unlocked bootloader. if it can run CM7, it can run RZR. Hit me!

Hey Paul, I see where you've done incredible things for a lot of the other phones, so what's this hijack method that you speak of for the DX and the Bionic ? Is there any future for RZRecovery with these devices ??? I have the Bionic and am just itching to root it, but not without RZR...Give us some headsup when you get some free time. And if you need anything, other than women, drugs and money drop me a line.

hijack is a method to trick the stock recovery into loading an illegal update.zip, which kicks the current recovery out of RAM, replacing it with something else.

woops meant to post that in the newer recovery thread. i assume thats because of the multiple device support? what about naming your nandroids? can we just change the name after the backup or will that mess it up?
