02-21-2011 12:36 PMDepends on the bootloader for me. If it's locked then there's a good chance I'll look elsewhere. I'll also be watching which LTE phones the dev's are picking up.

I believe they can still make custom ROMs for devices with locked boot loader using something called "side loading"
