Question about backupapps script

Is there any way to install and run this script on a different ROM, so that I can wipe when coming to this ROM and then use the restoreapps script to basically get back to where I was before without using Titanium?

Yes and this is actually going to be a future featujre so when you load the rom your apps will auto restore. But to get this working on a different rom. Take the backup script from the zip file and place it on the root of ur sdcard. Use root explorer and copy the file then paste it in your system/xbin folder in your currecnt rom. Change permissions
check read and write under user
check read under the other two (group,others)
Then reboot phone
then after you reboot go into terminal
su
backup (Im on my phone so just type the name of the script)
Then install my rom. Go into market download terminal emulator
then run the restore script
