About LinkBacksI've only been able to find the one under elite settings which has been checked and won't work. Makes sense about what you said with having high priority launcher checked and it not working bc they both do the same thing. Thanks for the response even though this thread is closed. I didn't think it had anything to do with the theme but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
I'm going to uncheck "high priority launcher" and see if the hold to kill works again.
