Solid LEDs- anyone got them working?

Hey all,

I really miss my solid LEDs for texts and such. Usually accomplished by setting "time off" to 0 seconds.

This hasn't ever worked on Gingerbread for me, but rarely see it mentioned as a bug.

Are solid LEDs working for everyone but me?
