PE 5.02 memory fix? Part II

Try this zip that IMOSEYON has modified for D1 users.

A small side note - I have a slightly crippled version for D1 users. Currently it works only on D1 ROMs that support init.d.
Added the upated zip file v0.6 at the bottom of this post.

After you flash the zip by the normal method you would based on your recovery, open terminal emulator and type the command:

    "sh /system/etc/imoseyon/swap.sh create"

    without quotes.

after restarting your phone, open terminal emulator and type the command:

    "bash /system/etc/imoseyon/checkimosey.sh"

without quotes. the 2nd command should test to make sure everything is working properly. if everything is working properly then you should see the response in terminal emulator that says "everything is good!"

Try this out and leave any feedback/problems that you may have.

hey. i get the everything is good, but when i check free, i dont have anything in swap. any ideas? my swap works ive used swapper2 in CM7 but this doesnt work for me in project elite 5.0.2 stock kernel. (minfree changes worked tho without a separate app) just need to get the swap to work.

yeah i did run it. im not sure if the raidzero kernel supports swap?
i was running swap on CM7 with deprimed, (RC2), swap was working great with swapper2. . . so im not sure what the problem is.. but for now im just using the modified minfree values, and no swap and compcache and performance is pretty goood.

a slightly outdated post from his blog describes it as:

Installs busybox 1.18.0 (in an alternate location).
    Enables Cron.
Tweaks kernel stuff (vm, minfree, etc.).
    Tweaks build.prop (on some ROMs).
Flushes system caches once a day (3AM PT).
    Disables logger
    Enables new governer.
    and more.

This zip should be all you need to get your phone running in tip top shape. More specifically, it will hopefully make your phone run faster, longer, and more stable. I think a good majority of you will notice the difference, and some will not. I have different versions of the zip for various custom ROMS (rubix, liberty, darkslide, etc. and maybe even stock ROM)
