Are the lockscreens included in theme or is it a separte file?

they are included in the theme
go into settings
elite settings
interface
lockscreen

scroll to the bottom and it will have the lockscreen background menu
you can choose 1, 2 or 3 as I did them all

I absolutely LOVE this theme but I cannot find the Market after flashing this. I do see it in one of your screen shots (labeled Market Faire) but I am not seeing it on my Motorola Droid. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it's possible you already had the market version 2.3.4 installed.
if that is/was the case, for some putting that version over itself makes it go poof. it's very very frustrating.

try this, if you made a backup before flashing this, get that up and running and see if you can uninstall updates to the market or go into TiBu and freeze it (thanks to Stetsonaw for this info, it's also in his EpicBlue threads) then reflash the theme.

that should take care of it. if it doesn't let me know.

What if I restore back to PE5.0.2 before this theme and then delete the market.apk with root explorer and then re-flash this theme? Will that work?

if you restore to before you installed this theme
dont delete the vending.apk
just go in and make sure to uninstall updates

deleting it but leaving the updates in place will probably still cause the problem.

long as the version is less than 2.3.4 before running the theme you'll be fine

we all (myself included) always have new things to learn when doing this stuff.

I'm not 100% on this (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong)
but from settings
manage applications
find your market app , go into it
clear the data, clear the cache on it

Or from TiBu (which I'm really not sure on since I still haven't delved into it)
should be an option to uninstall any updates to the app
should also have an option to "freeze" the app so it doesn't get any future updates.

if neither of that works, try deleting the apk using root explorer and see if that'll take (again, I never had to do this so I can't guarantee it'll work)

so could i do a complete wipe, install 5.0.1, the 5.0.2 update, and then this theme with no reboots in between?

I LOVE that
just be careful not to call them wenches out loud
they may bring your Mead, but pour it all over you
