    Text Messages not recovering

I am trying to recover my text messages after a full wipe and load using Titanium Backup and they aren't coming back. I tried to reboot after the batch ran and nothing. Any ideas?

Did you back up all user apps and data with TB before wiping? If so, go bact to TB open your sms and press restore data, or app and data to see if that works.

As PARick said, you need to have made your TiBu backup prior to wiping, but I'm guessing you knew that. I found that restoring data from TiBu on GB is hit and miss and sometimes it took several tries before I succeeded. The item you need to restore is in green, called [SMS/MMS/APN] Dialer Storage and, as you noted, you need to reboot to see if it was successful.

If that doesn't work, you could try making a backup of your PE setup, then restoring your nandroid backup from your old setup prior to wiping, then use another app like MyBackup Pro or SMS Backup & Restore to back up your text messages. After you've done that, restore you PE backup and use the other app to restore your texts. I've seen a lot of posts that SMS Backup and Restore works for GB.

You're not the only one. I've been unable to get bookmarks and txt messages restored on an GB rom. Minor annoyance for sure.

For what it's worth I've had no trouble restoring call logs, SMS, and MMSs through the app My Backup Pro.

I personally like to use both Titanium and My Backup Pro for restoring.
