Home button unresponsive

Running pe5.02 and really loving it on my Droid 1. My brother has a Samsung Fascinate that he hasn't rooted, and I think he's still waiting for froyo, so I'm very appreciative of the work that goes into these roms that have all the latest goodies.

The only issue I seem to be having is that my home button is sometimes unresponsive. I press it and press it and press it again, but nothing happens. I can get back to my home screen using the back button, so it's a minor inconvenience. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or any ideas that might help. It's likely due to some setting in pe or launcher pro, but I haven't been able to find anything yet.

so far my home button has worked perfect since loading 5.0.x on my phone
now I don't know if it matters or not, but I'm using the stock launcher Greg and Mojo provide in the rom and I haven't really tweaked any settings in it.

maybe try going back to a default setting and work your way up??

i've been on this ROM and one other GB ROM but i'm gonna say it's a GB thing. it works fine but it seems to take longer of a press to recognize it....like it has a delay on the press. atleast this is how it works for me...on froyo ROMs i barely had to touch it and it went...but now it's acting more like the physical buttons on the newer devices...ya have to mean to press it.

The home button issue is a common one on GB. Like you, I had to use the back button or repeatedly tap the home button.

I went back to 4.2 because I couldn't stand the home/back/settings button issues. aside from some of the new setting in PE settings I don't miss much. And 4.2 feels just as fast as v5.
