Transparent Dots option for Pattern Lockscreen.
This was a feature in the old ShadowRom's. I miss it. The "dots" were still there but transparent so you couldn't see them. This allowed the background to shine through and will baffle someone trying to open your phone (especially if you have the "show pattern" option turned off).
If this option can't / won't be included, is there a file with the dot images I may alter to make them transparent? Yes, I like this feature so much I'm willing to do some work to get it back. Can't stand the nine dots covering the background on the lockscreen. Plus, the dots scream to everyone you've got your phone locked down.
Any pointers? TIA
How about the ability to prevent the phone's keyboard slider from turning the screen on. This is a feature that I really liked in Chevy's later SS Roms.
My phone's slider is kind of loose and keeps turning my screen on when in my front pant's pocket.
Please forgive me if this has already been mentioned in previous posts or threads.
I think my number one needed feature is the different LED notification colors per app. So google voice can be green, and gmail yellow, and google talk pink, etc.
CM implemented this perfectly, I would bet it wouldn't be too hard to copy over.
Another feature from CM (less vital, but still good) is Lockscreen text, so I can write:
"If Found, Please Contact:
Idk if CM has these in CM 7 but they're definitely in CM 6. Otherwise super snappy ROM, I love it.
Oh and someone mentioned lockscreen gestures, I have a feeling that affects performance. If it doesn't, that's a pretty good feature (I only used it for flashlight because I PIN lock my phone, and it would be quicker to turn on the flashlight). If it does affect performance, How about a flashlight slider option?
