    Exclamation disappearing apps?

    I installed pe42 after wiping data, system, boot, and cache.
    Very smooth fast and stable.
    However, I'm not sure how long it took but after running for a couple hours I seemed to have lost the stock clock app.
    Then the next day I realized my camera app had disappeared... and my market.
    I don't know if it has anything to do with it but I flashed the faded theme.
    After I flashed the theme all my apps were there and so was the market.
    I was jus wondering if anyone else had these issues?
    Love the rom and theme but I have tried to flash twice now with fresh installs and problem keeps happening.
    If anyone knows anything about this it would be appreciated if u can share what u know or what u think may have happened.
