I'm in an install boot loop, Any Ideas..
did you wipe data and cache, and format boot and system??
if so, try to re-dl the rom to your sdcard, and reflash the fresh dl (in case you got a corrupt dl of the zip file).

I did not wipe cache/data or format boot & system... Man, I have so much on this phone I don't want to start over. I did re-dl and reboot but to no avail.
I just restored and rebooted to Droid. Shucks, I'd really like to give this ROM a run...
Any chance it has a new/better/improved voice command/dialer for bluetooth??
i am going to go out on a limb here and say.. (no, not really, im pretty sure..lol) that the stock kernel doesnt like your phone. Down, ooad a slower kernel, say, 1000mhz or 900mhz and put it on your SD card. Then, install the ROM and before rebooting, install the kernel.

No wipe = boot loop, plain and simple (virtually always). If you want to backup apps and data, and restore them, check for GLD's process/outline. It should be on the OP, or in first few posts of 4.1 thread.
