About LinkBacksI love PE 3.5 except one issue. No matter which keyboard (virtual) I use, there are constant FCs. I tried the one in the OP and it FCs, too. The only keyboard that doesn't do this is the in the one included in Vlingo.
I know how to wipe everything prior to installing and did that. Perhaps running the "fix permissions" script?

12-17-2010 08:36 AMWell, I finally got the keyboard to work: reflashed PE3.5. I do not like that keyboard because the letters are so close together. I'll re-flash the replacement keyboard which was included in the OP. Still no other ideas? Thanks.

12-18-2010 03:05 PMDid you try and install the D2 keyboard? Cause thats still not fixed and it replaces the old one with a broken version of the D2. You could try one of the update.zip format Gingerbread keyboards if you want the keys spaced better. Its a huge improvement over the stock.

12-28-2010 09:15 PMDoes anyone know why my physical keyboard randomly inserts letters that I don't want? It works for a sentence and then it starts putting 0v instead of space and pressing delete makes a bunch of other random letters. I have to use my virtual then because the physical is worthless in every aspect

12-28-2010 10:44 PMI'm not sure how that could be so -- I have the Gingerbread keyboard and, with that selected as the Input Method, I can't duplicate the insertion of any random letters using the physical keyboard. I don't see how this could be a ROM or Gingerbread keyboard issue.
