How about we keep this thread on topic and not hijack it with battery performance issues?
It's not a ROM problem it actually has to do with the kernel. If the maker of the kernel doesn't have it enabled to show what apps are using the battery then they won't show. In the stock kernel and chevy's kernels, I know that it shows what apps are using the battery. I haven't seen this feature enabled in any other custom kernels other than chevy's though. I'd ask whoever makes the kernel you use to include this feature.
I cycled through chevy's, p3droid, stock, and shlayer's kernels. None of them fixed my issue. Do you think reflashing the rom AND kernel at the same time would be necessary to get the stats back?
As in, simply flashing another kernel wouldn't bring the stats back?
From what I read p3s kernals seem to have this problem. Try reflashing the rom and kernel and use one of the other known good kernals.

The common denominator here seems to be 2.2.1 based ROM's are affected. Can anyone here confirm otherwise?
I built an AOSP ROM for Droid's. It's installed on a total of 2. At least my wife enjoys my work.
