    screen image

    Somehow a blank calendar popped up on my Droid screen. I don't want it there since it interferes with the beautiful picture I have on my screen. Can someone tell me how to get rid of the darn thing?

    If you're talking about on your homescreen just long-press it and drag it to the bottom until it turns red, then release.

    I tried that...the trash can icon shows up, but the empty calendar refuses to be deleted. Anything else I can try?
