Antivirus?

    Cool Antivirus?

    I have heard it's a good idea to add an antivirus program to Droid. Is that a recommended move and if so, any specific ones to suggest? Thanks.

    Who ever told you that, Please quit listening to them....

    None is needed, Do a search there are countless posts on how AV jacks up the phone....

    Plus there isn't one report of a Virus for Android OS.

    Sorry to bump this old thread, but how do you protect yourself if AV's are useless?

    I got hijacked yesterday and think I finally cleared it after doing a few factory resets. Now I want to prevent this from happening in the future.
