    I have a program that requires windows mobile 2 or higher. Is there an app or something that can allow me to download from comp. to droid?

    What app? Windows Mobile 2 never existed. Furthermore, you won't be able to download it to your DROID with security settings enabled, let alone run it.

    If you're moving it from a computer, you can use your DROID as a mass storage device and that's it.
