    Question I cannot hear my callers

    Outgoing calls are received but I cannot hear my callers though they can hear me. Verizon tech 1 says "known issue" but Verizon tech level 2 says "no known issues". I don't care who is right or wrong, the issue is happening to me. Any known fix? Any better alternative to an Incredible?
