11-19-2010 11:07 PMI love cabbage -- heck, I love all the cruciform vegetables I've eaten -- but I know what you mean.
One of my favorite things to do with cabbage is boil it up then smother it in a sharp cheese sauce (made from scratch) and then bake it till the sauce boils and the top browns slightly. MMMMMMM!
