Local Government.

It's slow at times. Depending on the amount of people that are on. Lunch time is bad since everyone goes to lunch and surfs the internet.

I have Comcast Internet @ Home.

Faster that this when I go to Time Warner Cable NC speed test site, less hops I'm guessing. Also it's faster early in the morning.
