Well robot voices
lol I have my SMS notification set to the droiddddd robot voice and i swear I hear it 5-10 times a day and when I look... nothing.
am i going crazy? or just a droidaholic
anyone else care to chime in?

05-04-2010 09:00 AMyou know theres actually something called "phantom ring syndrome" and "phantom vibrate syndrome" now.... theres a group out there that is actually trying to get those 2 syndromes recognized by the medical field.
and no i'm not joking -

I'm a pretty heavy texter and I have my SMS notification tone set to the robot transforming sound from Transformers and I always think I hear it when I'm listening to music or something. Just as well, I always feel like I can see the little green LED flashing out of the corner of my eye, then I look and nothing. This started to bother me as I was sure I was becoming obsessed with my Droid, but then I realized that it's probably just my Droid winking at me and trying to communicate without being too obvious.
The phantom vibrate syndrome still comes and goes from my last phone, but that's probably just muscle spasms from all the EXCITEMENT!
