Droid does some cool and amazing things. Yet it does not do some basic stuff that has been stock on most phones for years. It makes me think the Google developers were marooned in some kind of a 1977 LOST flashback/flashforward/sideways combo reality gameshow -

04-26-2012 09:05 PMI just saw this myself. It made absolutely no sense to me at all, and I have no idea WTF they are trying to get at. It's some sort of Mother's Day ad for VZW with a mother and daughter standing in front of a VZW employee fake crying while mumbling smartphone features (with subtitles that tell you what they are saying).
It is bar-none the stupidest phone ad i've ever seen.
Unfortunately, they haven't put it on Youtube yet, so I can't link it. -
