Google Music Uploading Extremely Slowly

Ive had Google music for a while and recently I decided to delete all of my music from the server and reupload it due to problems I was having with song names and missing songs. The first time I uploaded it took maybe 2 days for about 9000 songs. Now its been 2 days since Ive been trying again and I have been able to upload only 300. Anyone know of reasons why that would be happening?

Nevermind. I was able to fix the problem by redownloading music manager which then prompted me to sign in again and select a folder location as well as using the delete library option on the google music website. I had previously just selected the songs and hit delete on them. That may have been the problem.
