About LinkBacksI currently have an X2 with Verizon on the old unlimited data plan. Whenever my upgrade is available, I'm wanting to get a 4g phone. I'm curious if anyone knows if switching to a 4g phone, will it affect my unlimited data plan as in will I need to get a new one of their crap plans with 2gig or 4gig data? If this is going to be the case, I think it will be the final straw with Verizon for me and I'll be switching to a new carrier.

12-29-2011 12:35 AMSwitched to my first 4g device with the release of the Nexus. You'll be grandfathered in and may even get a discount for upgrading to a 4g device. I got a $50 discount, but they didn't tell me why, and I'm not one to complain when it comes to free money
