VT Shooting

In case you hadn't seen, there was another shooting at Virginia Tech yesterday. Officer Deriek Grouse was killed on duty. The motive is unknown, but I wanted to throw it out there and let VT students, faculty, and family know that the entire country is here for you.

The reason I bring this up is because my girlfriend was at VT back during the '07 massacre, and she came home almost in tears last night. This has reopened scars from anyone involved then, and opened new wounds for those currently involved.

Was shocked to hear another shooting at VT, the only good thing about it is at least not as many lives were lost, but that's not the point. That school is still recovering from 07' and this just brings that healing process to a halt and opens a new wound. Really unfortunate for this school...

May that officer RIP. Many complain about cops, but I show deep respect whenever I can, it's a job I don't think I can do just because you never know if you're coming home at the end of the day.
