    Asus Transformer Prime USB Question

    Does anybody know if the Asus Transformer Prime will have the Micro USB's on the device itself or on the keyboard that can be bought separately?

    It should have a micro USB on the tablet and a full USB on the dock.

    Not sure, my youngest daughter has been babbling on and on about all the tech specs (she wants one for Chrstmas), but I didn't listen too well. The gist of it was 499.00 LOL

    Ha I see. I already got my money saved up. To answer my own question, the Prime will Not I repeat NOT have a USB on the tablet itself. Only with the keyboard which can be bought separately.

    I jumped on my Acer A500 when Target had it 50 off. I love it; it's got all the gozentas and gozoutas but it is a bit thick and heavy. The Prime looks really sweet (the dock/keyboard looks awesome) and after she gets it I'm sure I'll be jealous. Honeycomb 3.2 rocks and I'm sure ICS will be even better. Definately look into Splashtop HD on the marketplace; it gives you a Win7 (or whatever OS you're running on your desktop/laptop) tablet. Streams perfectly, even HD vids.

    Sadly, I don't. I'm as well stuck with the "December" launch. I'm pretty sure though it'll be out by then. It only makes sense business wise. I wish I could guarantee it but if anything you could tell your daughter to wait until it releases. Meanwhile buy her a case/sleeve for it to keep her hopes up (if you can find one ha).

    I've read that Asus makes all peripherals compatible with all Transformers because it's the same universal dock
