    HR3035 Telemarketing cellphones

Bill in Congress to allow robocalls to cellphones. Google HR3035 for current congressional session. Smartphone users can limit telemarketing calls from a specific number to once if the phone has the option to send specific callers directly to voicemail. Create a contact named "telescum" or whatever you wish and add any telemarketing caller number to that contact. Select the option to always send that contact to voicemail. That option is available on my Droid 2. Is it available on your phone?
