as long as it is just apple, and motorola does not try to follow suit, I'm cool with it.

08-23-2010 07:58 AMNot illegal, but Apple, as well as others still retain the right to void warranty if rooted or jailbreaking has occurred.
Besides, most iPhone zombies could care less. Most would probably say it was ok for Jobs to remotely turn on their cameras to keep an eye on them.

08-23-2010 08:21 AMGlad I switched phones when I did . . . my old jailbroke iPhone 3G wasn't the best phone, but it was quite a bit cooler after the jailbreak.
