    Considering iPhone is exclusive to AT&Tingular until 2012, it ain't gonna happen this soon.

    In no way do I think the iPhone is coming to Verizon till they announce it; but if you read that article you'll see they're talking about the meeting on Sunday not the recent released news from the "employee" who is not to be named. Though yes this is a he said...she said thing and won't ever end.

    I think alot of this has more to do with the T-mobile deal going south and them not putting up the money and now everyone is looking at it as a open contract for the first person with the most money which why wouldn't you think the top carrier at the moment, Verizon.

    Now my rant on it, Do you really think that the iPhone is going to hurt Android sales? People that are on or have tried Android wont just leave. Alot of people are already set on banishing off ever owning a iPhone, thats why they switched. A positive, it does open up competition and choice should you like a iPhone there's the choice which could lure more customers which could be good and bad. Could mean expanding markets and increasing support to more areas.

    The only bad thing I see about it is that if Verizon where to sell it then they are paying for right to be only CDMA carrier to it which will be a big chunk of change and would mean that they would have to try and sell as many iPhones as possible which probably wouldn't be that hard.

    I just see a good and a bad coming out of it, I do like options being there for phones just don't want a carrier, holding off on upgrades to their network to buy a "app market". That's all the iPhone is, is a app market with special apps, without the apps no-one would be interested in the OS that much. If every app was on both system I'm sure 87% of people would choose a android device and get to choose a design they would use keyboard or not.

    Why is this significant? In 6 months apple will be screwed unless they deliver on the iPhone 5, which will hopefully be less outdated at its release.
