LOL I've been kinda keeping up with this story. oh the drama! Lol btw I'm not so sure about the new design, the buttons look so un-apple like. I feel the desperation...lol go android!

The lost iPhone 4G, if it is a prototype, is just plain ole last year. Aside from the front facing camera it adds nothing to oooh and aaaah over. I for one am glad it was exposed because now people can see what a piece of crap Apple is going to be offering up. Oooh not to mention the screen, although higher res, is smaller than that of a 3GS. gizmodo "authenticated" it by plugging it into the computer, and it being recognized as an IPhone... but i'm not convinced it's real... and if it's just an early prototype, who cares? the finished product will be quite different...

front-facing camera is nice though, and somebody reported it's 4g capable

I wish we had a front-facing camera also, if apps could be built for that. Thats one of the biggest flaws to the new iPad... i mean come on people your supposed to be smart.

I for one don't see Apple dropping an "oooh ahhh" device. I do believe that what we saw in this device was a near final spec for hardware. The casing may be somewhat different but the actual hardware and features are probably final due to the timeframe in which it is supposed to be announced publicly. In any case the phone will sell well to the Apple faithful but that's about it. Android devices are here to stay and will always continue to trump Apple in terms of hardware and performance due to the always evolving state of Android as an OS and the hardware it runs on.

they left the camera out purposely, so when Ipad 2.0 comes out at the end of the year, the same dopes who bought the original will drop another $800 on the new one....

edit: after reading the whole article, it seems it is definitely real... i'm wondering why it hasn't been reported what cpu/gpu/ram it has

If that one is real i would be pissed if i was an iPhone user. I personally like the style of the 3G and 3GS wayyyyyyyy better than this ugly iPhone 4G piece of crap.
