I'm coming from a BB Bold. Which I liked. It was ATT that I hated. The phone quality was horrible. So far I'm thrilled with VZW. I haven't dropped a call yet.
I do have one question.... Are there some detailed instructions online somewhere? The little flip manual that came with the one leaves a lot to be desired.

You can find a manual online at Motorola's site as a PDF, most questions you'll have are answered here at this forum. Do some reading, and the search function will help you. Any questions you may have usually get answered pretty quick.
