How do I edit Contact Information?

I just got my new Droid X and I can't figure out how to update a phone number to an existing contact or how to edit any of my contact's information? Someone please help me!

I don't have a menu button to select from.

The menu button is the left-most physical button.

Left side at the bottom of your screen. Looks like 4 boxes, that's your menu button.
    I touched Lord Stanley's Cup on 1/2/11.

That is a button with 4 little squares and when I push it, it gives me a keyboard.

After pressing that button multiple times, FINALLY the keyboard went away and it gave me and "edit" option. Thanks!

If you just hit it at normal speed it should give you a menu, if there is one available on that app's screen. A long press will let you bring up your current keyboard, or put it away.
