Im calvin new here and can use some help time warner is soon to shut off the internet i need internet is there a way i can use my droid since i have the unlimited plan and hook up to my pc and use the internet connection to run programs ?

If you Root your device than you could use wireless tether from the Market

actually i got the broadband wire less card 5 gb its much cheaper than business class from time warner and cheaper than satullite internet time warner is about to turn off my internet so i have to have a differnet alternative i need internet for my work its how i make a living from internet store

best thing is the card costs me nothing

just the service

I do not know the differences between the A855 and the Droid but here is a link Root Droid 1 - regardless of OS version that may work.

If your hesitant to root check out pdanet in the market. It allows you to tether with a USB cord and does not require rooting.
