WAIT!!!! ok soooo it worked!!!! instead of the eye i got a Sapphire i hit install from zip from SD card on the recovery mode... and i think it worked

Perfect.... that'd be the bootanimation of the Sapphire ROM...

(I changed my bootanimation since just the sapphire was too plain for my tastes...lol)

Like someone mentioned before, be patient and let it restore you apps ...

Excellent.. Now, make sure you do another backup so that your restore point gets updated. (The old one will still be there if you want to go way back).

Then, mess with it and see what else you want to change. See how you like it, etc..

BUT 1st.. let your apps download and install

i think im SOL on the apps its not doing anything else right now, But i do see many new things i have no idea what they do and how do i test the speed of the processor, and or change it?

If the apps didn't start manually go into the market, hit your menu button. Select downloads. manually redownload them... I'm out.. you know my email if you want to gtalk just send an invite.

To see speed, get SetCPU from the market.

For the things ou dont know what they are gtalk cause I am eating lunch dangit!

found it in GEM settings... now im missing som things tho. like the places app, and nav button, basic things like that, is there a way to get them back?
