New to Verizon
I've been an AT&T customer for years, but just switched to Verizon because they offer service at my office, and AT&T does not (due to our building construction, we now have a Verizon installed repeater). Gave up the iPhone for the Droid.
Had to exchange the first one because it kept crashing/rebooting, but the new one works great.

And welcome to the better of the two networks, as well. Honestly, I've been a Verizon customer for five years, going on six, and I've got zero complaints with them. Jumped ship to AT&T for a spell to try the iPhone and I was... well, less than impressed.
But yeh, welcome.

Welcome to the forums, and the superior network. *wink* (See sig)
Were you using the Jeebus phone before, or something else?
Sorry you had issues with your first handset. With a brand new piece of hardware, though, I guess a few glitches are to be expected. As long as VZW deals with them appropriately, it's all good.
Disclaimer: I work for Verizon, but I do not work wireless. I do, however, design the data circuits that connect all those lovely little cell towers.
