    n00b here

    Hi all! I just got my moto droid yesterday and I love it....I'm really in need of knowledge on how to add new features and stuff like that. I'm wanting to do an ultimate droid but have no idea how....lol

    me too i followed the instructions on ultimatedroid.com but when i try to install the update.zip it says something about the signature

    EDIT! never mind i got it but im having trouble removing stock apps....some of them say it doesnt exist but there still there...please help
