    From hail stones in Sausalito -- howdy!

    Well, AnneDroid thought the hot tubs were flowing over and the peacock feathers of Marin county were out tonight. Yea verily, 1/4" hail is keeping me from the tub.

    I thank you'all for the welcome. Like many of you I have spent a couple of decades, ok 3, in the computing/information/telco industries. Well heck, I even wrote IBM assembler code back when the Earth was cooling.

    I'll keep it brief as I find I learn more by listening.
