I'm very excited, I just picked up my Motorola Droid yesterday, and I have to say, I think it's the best smartphone I've ever had!!!
My name's Chris, I live in Accokeek, MD. I work for the FBI as an Information Technology Specialist (need any computer help, ask me, I may be able to help you). Glad to have found this forum and I hope I will be able to help someone in the community as much as this forum is going to help me.

i would suggest you to root it! i just rooted mine yesterday and i love it even more! i did go with the BB1.0. and let me tell you that the community here has been more that helpful.

I purchased my Droid the day after Christmas and joined the forum last month. Since then, my days are spent sitting with my Droid and laptop reading this forum.
I did go to Church this morning so it must be Sunday. Just before I put on my suit jacket, my wife said "don't even think about taking that phone".

Droid Rules
Coming from Sprint and there crappy phones I finally made it to verizon and droid. As soon as I picked it up in my hand I knew I had a great smartphone. This phone is amazing! I had the palm pre and the samsung and they both were nowhere near the Motorola Droid."I Love My Droid
