    Have I made a mistake in the choice of phone I have purchased?

    I'm new to this forum and have lots of questions. But, my main one.....did I purchase a lemon of a phone? Or do ALL cell phones have zillions of problems? I can't figure out why someone could make a cell phone but one that doesn't work right, or has tons of faults. Can't we make a cell phone that will actually work correctly for more than a couple months? My phone worked perfectly for one week. Then as I was taking a photo of 6 friends in my living room, to put by their number in contacts it froze up. So...on we go. So, with my latest problem I had HAD it. I did a hard reset and lo and behold..............the problem still exists. Now...I know...I HOPE....this problem isn't because of the way the phone was made. Its me. I cannot figure out what the little clock on the send icon means. Timed out? Ok. What's timed out? Why won't my pictures send with a message or alone anymore? What's timing out? Heeellp. If it weren't for this? I might actually overlook all the other tiny problems and LOVE my phone. Any help?
