    Newbie

    Hello all!!! I have a Droid RAZR Maxx HD, version 4.1.1. I'm checking out this forum to see if I'm the only one having issues with my phone. Mostly with freezing. I'm looking forward to getting good advice and tips.

    By the way, my phone isn't "rooted" or anything... I don't even know what that means.

    welcome to the forum jacnbacd, good choice in phones, mine is flawless only a couple weeks old. how old is yours might try a soft boot or two (power and volume down til it turns off) can't hurt. worse case senario is a full reset.

    Thanks for the welcome!! My phone worked perfectly until the last software update... there are some specific apps that are worse than others, which made me think it may just be them. However, sometimes my phone randomly freezes when on a home page. I've reset it already. I will search other threads to see if anyone else is experiencing similar problems.
