    High folks, I'm new here also. I just got my Droid this week and I have got the gmail contacts and calendar working after some very stressing problems with outlook and sync. Finally just deleted all the contacts in Gmail and reentered them then sync'd and things are ok now. I hoping to find out how to sync gmail documents with the droid as I need some word documents to carry around on my Droid. So far I'm really please with the phone.

    question

    Hey guys I'm new to this sight but I have a problem I rooted my phone and running 2.0.4 and somehow my google maps have gotten deleted and I can't redownload it in my market and since that is deleted my car dock won't work which I use frequently anybody know how to get that put back on my phone?

    New Droid User

    Just got my Droid about a week ago. Love it so far, wish the email and contacts were a little more business oriented as far as searches go but so far have been able to get it to do what I need plus all the other awesome stuff it does. Am looking forward to learning more about it.

    Hello, just signed up about five minutes ago. I've had the Droid for a few months now and admit I was quite pleasnatly surprised and impressed with it. It may not be the iphone killer but it's probably the closet we've seen yet. Besides, I don't see James Bond (Daniel Craig) using an iphuck on missions to save the world, nor does Ethan Hunt, Jason Bourne, or Jack Bauer. They all probably use some Sony Errikson/HTC/Motorola/Stark Industry hybrid Android 17.0 quantum phone. Justin Long does use an I phone though. So who are you going to be? A bunch of badass patriots, or Justin *****-iPhone Long. It's eany easy choice, if you ask me.
