And one of the main reasons we edit email address is because spam bots find those pretty quickly, they search public forums for key words like "@gmail.com" and when they get a hit the bot copies all the text before the address, treats it like an email address, and spams you like none other.

there should some little guidelines there when uploading an avatar, make sure you abide by them or the upload won't work, if you are within the guidelines, let me know.

For uploading an avatar? There should be a few rules right in the same section to upload an avatar, it'll tell you or if you image is the right size.
