So much of what we use these devices for (really unfair to call them phones anymore) is to access networks and do data communications. With an IT guy on board, you'll be an asset to everyone. Lots of issues are related to port settings, server names, WIFI and the like. We're glad to have you.
Of course, it's not going to be all work and no play for you! If you have any questions, there is a never-ending supply of great information and support from our members and staff.
