Hi Amy, thanks for reply. Well, two months later and 1 phone sys board dead I am again online with new razr maxx According to guys from Motorola service it was bad phone right from manufacturing... Guess as always I am a lucky guy to enjoy services almost for any device I bought May be I should consider change of career to servicing devices
