First welcome to the forum. Second search is your friend (both forum search and google search).
If you forget your lock pattern after entering the wrong code five time you will be prompted for your google account info. Enter in the info and it will let you create a new pattern. That's as far as we will go here (for obvious security reasons) so if you need further assistance look on google there are several workarounds.You are right to be wary. There is much bullcrap. Be wary of me too, because I may be wrong. Make up your own mind after you evaluate all the evidence and the logic. - Mark Rippetoe
