My first was a Motorola Cliq, umm 3 yrs ago? I taught myself how to root and update it last fall from the 1.6 to 2.1.
At Christmas last year between sales and borders rewards I had, i got a velocity cruz reader for $40 (couldn't pass it up for that price) I've now rooted it as well, and know my way around it's systems pretty darn well.
I picked up a Droid X in April. I adore my Droid X, though I left Verizon in Aug, so i still use the Droid with wifi. I'm finding more and more instances where someone has flashed their DX to Cricket and Straight Talk, and that's what I'm really wanting to do with mine. (So if anyone knows what I need to do, hint hint, Momma could use some help!)
Otherwise if there's anything I can help with, just ask!

11-26-2011 11:34 PMNot sure if they'll charge extra for the flashing part but I'm sure there's an activation fee for a new account/device.
